Finishing the Website

Hi Ladies,

The website looks great, but we are not finished.  Myself included.  I just wanted to post and say, please be patient.  I am working on my new original resource today and will finish my last page (Important People) when I finish that.  Let's make sure we are all finished before we post our URL to D2L.  It is due tonight at midnight, so we have plenty of time.

Thanks!
Emily

  1. Also let's make sure that videos/digital stories are viewable on the website. Not just a link. Courtney did that and I like the way that looks and is easy to view.

When you are editing your page go to "insert", down at the bottom hit "Video," and then "YouTube"

  2. Please also remember to cite images right under the image. Megan, your landmarks page doesn't do that. The website you got it from needs to be right under the photo.

  3. Alright, so I would love some responses, but I will try again...

What happened to the Standards page?? I had posted here a couple of days ago about someone adding the NETS and I went to go check to see if anyone did and everything is gone. I had the GLCE's there, but now nothing is there

And also, the website that is credited with the image of MI on the standards page is not appropriate. It says something about Mitt Romney hatting Michigan. I will find a different image from a different page

  4. Okay, so I went to add standards, and idk what i hit but they all were gone. So we took all the ones from our lesson plans and inserted them so it should be all set. And I don't think the image is a problem, it is just an image...but you can change it if you would like. Our pages our done. You just need to put your original resource in, and you also need to have a total of three new websites along with the ones your revised. The images are not cited on her page because there is three URL's so it is at the bottem... I think it is fine. You can change what you would like but all our information is on there.
