NEW Website URL!
Before I figured out how to arrange the webpages, I had to delete our old website because I thought adding them in a different order would correct the problem. I will comment with the new link! It is slightly different. I figured out how to re-arrange our pages in order! Should be all set! I have almost completed the homepage, it just needs our final concept map added! Emily I need you to if possible finalize our concept map and turn in it via our blog by the 21st so we can all get the 40 pts! Then it needs to be added to the home page on our website, just the image of it! I provided a spot for it already! Just follow the storyboard to a T while creating the website and we should be in the clear! Good luck and remember to add your lessons where we plugged them in on the storyboard. It may not be on the two pages you were assigned too, but you have the links and information and are responsible for getting them on website! Plug them in correctly and explain them since you know what they are about and the person responsible for that page (which we assigned in our storyboard) needs to arrange the information so if flows on the page! Good luck, we got this!

Make sure you read the website instructions carefully on D2L and make sure we have all the components and you have added the ones you are responsible for. I think our best bet for new information and websites is to do them together like we said on our storyboard and make them blend. We are responsible for three websites each, and two new descriptions of new information, and one original item. These were pretty clear on our storyboard so like i said follow that and we are golden!
Also, we need to have the same formatting, you should be able to go off the pages I have made and make them look similar. I think we should center all links unless in a sentence, as well as images. All font should use the first indentation icon so it is not right on the left side of the page. And I have already added every ones names on each page as well as emails which is needed according to D2L. I made a contact us page too. Our names and emails on each page should be five spaces below the last thing put on the site so it is easy to tell who created each page! I will try and help to make all editing the same, let me know if you have questions!

ReplyDeleteFrom what I am reading on D2L, the WMICH logo/picture you have on our homepage will not work. I think it is supposed to be (and can only be) the Western Logo that is located on the homepage (wmich.edu). If you think I'm wrong, please go back and read the website instructions on module 6. And REMEMBER LADIES, all pictures must be cited.
